Soroptimist International of Napa Board of Directors meets the first Wednesday of the month at 6pm at President Colleen’s office.  It includes the Parliamentarian and Delegates, which are non-voting members.  Members who would like to have an issue brought up at the Board should contact either Junior or Senior Director ahead of time.
